Bring to class each day a book to fill in the spare moments. There is always opportunites to keep on top of independent reading.

Mondays will usually be our spelling pretest day. If intersted, study over the weekend and have more time for other week day activities. Use your time wisely.

It's poetry month and all around the world people are celebrating the joy of poetic verse. Take a few minutes each day this monthe and discover the magic of rhyme and pose.

Research folders will be used each day this month. make sure they are being used to collect drafts. Looking forward to the final book due April 25,2005
